Custom Replacement Keycaps

We will print only the keycaps you need – easy to order, easy to fit.

The Key Connection can print any Legend, Symbol, or Code in any print color on any Color Keycaps. We can print on the top surface as well as the front face of the keycap.

We offer a variety of printing processes. Some of the processes we use when imprinting replacement keys are: Epoxy, Laser and Double Shot Molded Keys (see our Glossary for explanations).

The type of material the replacement keys are made of determines what print process we use. Our injection molding facility offers a vast library of tooling that allows us to provide replacement keys for most keyboards on the market. The material used to mold the replacement keys will determine what type of printing process is used for your order.

If you want to customize the keyboard you already have, it is important to note that keyboard manufacturers have their own style, shape, mount, and profile for their keycaps. For example, a key from an IBM keyboard will not necessarily work on another manufacturer's keyboard.

We ask that you send us the keyboard(s) you want to customize so that we can confirm the type of keys on your keyboards and whether the tooling is available for that type of key.
