Return Policy


We strive to process and ship your order within two (2) business days upon receiving your order for stock items; however this does not include delivery time. Delivery time is dependent on the shipping method you select. The Key Connection offers several different shipping options. To avoid any delays please make sure to select the appropriate method of shipping. We are located in the United States of America and for any order shipping to a destination outside the US an international shipping method has to be selected.

  • UPS Ground = Two to five (2-5) business days of transit time. UPS ground is our standard shipping method and is available to physical addresses (no PO Boxes*) within the 48 contiguous states only.

  • UPS 2nd Day Air® = 2nd business day delivery. This service is available to physical addresses (no PO Boxes*) in the United States (excluding intra-Alaska shipments and Puerto Rico) by the end of the second business day.

  • UPS Next Day Air® = Next business day delivery time service to physical addresses (no PO Boxes*) in all 50 states and Puerto Rico for overnight delivery (this service is not available to destinations where UPS Next Day Air is committed for end of day or is not available).

*If the only delivery option you have is a PO Box contact us to make arrangements for an alternative shipping method.

the following methods are provided:

  • UPS Worldwide Express® = One or two (1 or 2) business day delivery times from the U.S. to more than 215 destination countries.

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited® = Three to five (3-5) business day delivery times from the U.S. to over 52 destination countries.

  • U.S. Postal Service Express Mail International = Three to five (3-5) business day delivery time from the U.S. to over 190 countries.

  • U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail International = Six to ten (6-10) business day delivery time from the U.S. to over 190 countries.

  • U.S. Postal Service Gloabal Express Guaranteed = One to three (1-3) business day delivery times from the U.S. to to over 190 countries.
Please Note the Following Important Information:
We endeavor to ensure that all shipments arrive intact and on time, however, with international shipments we are unable to guarantee when and how an international shipment will arrive at its destination once it leaves our warehouse. (Customs clearing is not reflected in international delivery times.)

Shipping rates DO NOT include duties, taxes or other non-routine customs brokerage charges.

It is VERY important for international customers to be aware of their country’s specific information on possible tariffs, taxes and duties that may apply to a shipment. There is a wide range of regulations per country and ongoing fluctuations in costs for shipping, duties and taxes, therefore we advise that ALL international customers visit the Trade Information Center website and check the latest export information for their country.

Shipping may not be available to all countries due to insurance restrictions.

Return Policy

PLEASE NOTE:  The return policies below are subject to change.

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

We guarantee your satisfaction of our product within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

If you are not happy with the product, you may return new and uninstalled products in resalable condition for a full credit, excluding shipping and handling charges. Sorry, no cash refunds. You must contact us for an RMA within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the product.

Please contact us by telephone 928-634-8500 or complete the online RMA request form. Your request will be reviewed and a representative will contact you within two (2) business days with an RMA number and the proper return address. The RMA number must be displayed on the address label of the return package.

All returns must be in the original packaging; packaged securely to avoid damage in transit; and shipped via an insurable, trackable shipping method. From Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please send by insured U.S. mail. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive or arrive damaged in transit and for items that arrive without an RMA #.

Defective or Damaged Product

If the product is defective/damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately, by telephone at 928-634-8500 or complete the online RMA request form. A representative will contact you within two (2) business days with an RMA number and the proper return address. The RMA number must be displayed on the address label of the return package.

All returns must be packaged securely to avoid damage in transit, and shipped via an insurable, trackable shipping method. From Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, please send by insured U.S. mail. We are not responsible for items that do not arrive or arrive damaged in transit.

All RMA’s expire after 30 days and will be refused and returned to sender at his expense.
